Preserving our trails for future generations is the utmost importance to us. We encourage our guests to travel with a conscious and minimize their carbon footprint. Our aim is to make sure that our tours don’t leave a negative environmental impact. When we do our campaigns, we target youth involvement, which reflects what SAM CORPORATIONS is trying to achieve in educating future generations about protecting the environment. We want to ensure the preservation of all trails and treks especially to Machu Picchu, which is becoming more and more saturated with tourists. Our goal is to promote sustainability in isolated indigenous communities. There is a substantial amount of plastic that can be found on these trails, because it’s not bio degradable it is hazardous to the beautiful flora and fauna found in these regions. We plan to do more events in future and we welcome participation from anyone that might be interested.
